Our Quality Policy

We do not sell seconds, factory repaired or reworked product.  Our products are new, straight from the factory and in the original manufacturer's packaging.  We do not carry flea market purchased product or product left-overs or excess stock of unknown origin.  We also do not sell factory one time close out products except where clearly identified.  As such, you are guaranteed to receive first rate quality products, and not someone's leftover junk as can be the case when ordering from unknown sources.  We do not sell fake or counterfeit products.  We are an authorized dealer for all items we sell.  You can be assured that you will receive high quality product.

Return Policy

You will receive the full manufacturer's warranty which ranges from 90 days to 2 years depending on the product you purchase.  Our return policy is very easy to understand.   We want you to feel confident about your purchase.  Self-Defense Armory provides you with a full 30-day, no questions asked return policy.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, even if you just changed your mind, return it.  As long as the product is returned in its original packaging with all accessory items, you will receive a full refund.  Our refund policy does not apply to used, abused or damaged product.

We may require a 20% refund for product that appears used and may disallow a refund or replacement for abused, modified, or damaged product.  In those cases where the product is not in saleable condition beyond the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer per the documentation enclosed in your shipment for repair services.
