The Rx insert snaps into the goggle behind the primary ballistic lens of CQC goggles manufactured since March of 2005. It is highly recommended if you have Rx lenses installed by the eyeglass location of your choice, that the lenses be produced in clear CR-39. Clear lenses will allow you to switch your primary ballistic lenses between clear for night and neutral slate for day. Do not have the lenses manufactured from polycarbonate because of the distortion created of looking through two layers of polycarbonate. CR-39 will not cause distortion.
