There isn't much that can said further about this watch that can't be seen in the pictures. This is an absolutely stunning watch and at 42mm it is neither wimpy in size nor is it over obtrusive.

If you travel a lot, fly charter jets, fly commercially, are in the military always on the move, or conduct business globally, this is the watch you need to keep track of what time it is anywhere on the face of the earth.

We can't put a whole lot of words in describing how good looking this automatic self-winding watch is, but it is certainly one of the better looking we have ever seen. Of course that's our opinion. But this watch flows. The transition from the watch body to the band is nicely done. The band doesn't look like it's attached to the watch as an after thought, it looks like it was specifically designed for this particular case, which adds a real touch elegance to this timepiece.

This watch has a power reserve indicator at the top of the dial to show the hours left that the watch will run. Being self-winding, it winds using kinetic energy while worn during the day. The date is shown at the bottom of the dial.

The dial itself has a 24 hour indicator. The world time feature is set by placing your location at the current time using the bottom stem. You simply read the time in 24 hour military time. For example, note the setting on the watch in the picture. Click the more images link below the picture to the right for a larger view. The watch says it is about 10 minutes after 10. Note the world timer is set for Caracas Venezuela (your current location) and corresponds with the 20 hundred hours, or 10 PM time. New York sits on the 19 hour which indicates the current time as 19:10. Denver further down the dial reads 17:10 hours, two hours earlier than New York or 5:10 PM, with Los Angeles reading at the 1600 hours, or 4:10 PM. It's fairly simple to locate any time worldwide based on your current location. Just rotate the inner dial using the stem to the current location.

Enough said about how it looks. It's obvious that this is one of our favorites.

Suggested retail for this watch is $570 and it's worth every penny in our opinion. But at $279 delivered, it almost makes you want to ask what's wrong with it? These are new factory models with Orient's worldwide 1 year warranty. There's nothing wrong with these watches, but the deal Orient has put together on this watch makes it very hard to resist. A watch of this quality at $279 is quite unbelievable, and what makes it even more remarkable is the world time feature. You just can't find an automatic with a world time feature for this price, let alone with a power reserve feature. This is truly a bargain in a world class watch.
