(No Longer Available): brushed light copper frame with brown gradient driving lenses or brushed silver frame with smoke lenses. The brown lens is preferred by those who know the benefits of driving lenses. The specially formulated tint keeps eyes relaxed and prevents them from becoming irritated and tired after a long day on the road. Chrome Silver Frame with Smoke Lens is primarily gray with a hint of brown to help reduce glare, maintain full natural colors and provide some of the benefits of full brown driving lenses. The frame is an updated wrap-back design for maximum protection from wind and side-light. The brushed finish of the frame is not a dull matte, but a semi-polished finish that really looks good. The lenses are manufactured from highly shatter-resistant polycarbonate for maximum safety. They are 2.1 mm thick, the same thickness as our popular M1030 aviators and a lot of military combat ballistic goggles, so you are assured maximum protection. The lenses provide full UV400 protection from damaging ultra-violet rays. The lens to frame fit is nothing short of stunning. The lens is slotted around the entire circumference and is fitted to the specially designed frame giving it a very thin and slender look. The fit is so good, you'll be hard pressed to pop the lenses out without damaging the frame beyond repair. So, no, they won't pop out when you sneeze like other cheap sunglasses you may have owned in the past. In fact, they are extremely difficult to separate from the frame, more difficult than we have seen of some combat rated goggles. The nickel-silver composite metal frame and lens design make it extra thin at the front for a very light feel. The inside of the frame and temple arms are finished in a high gloss black enamel to prevent metal to skin contact and frame corrosion caused by sweat. If you have problems with skin reactions when in contact with metal, it won't happen with this model. The bridge of the frame is reinforced with five cross bars that give it superior rigidity and a very stylish look. The sturdy temple arms are spring hinged, meaning they adjust and will fit most any head size from less than medium upwards to large. The soft silicone nose pads are both self-adjusting and fully adjustable for a custom style fit. Our model, "Major Sergeant" in our photo is a small head size with a slender facial structure making them look larger than they would be on a medium or large head size.
