Our frames are built around the lenses and solder sealed into the frame so the lenses will not 'pop' out inadvertently like some cheap aviators. In fact, if you attempted to pop the lenses out, you'll find it so difficult that you'll literally destroy the frames long before the lenses come out. These lenses are capable of taking a shotgun blast at 10 yards without penetrating or dislodging from the frame. If there was such a thing as "combat aviators" these would be it.
