We took this picture of our new M1030 Gun Metal version of our wildly popular M1030 series so the frame color would not wash out, yet retain the mirroring of the lens. Unfortunately, one of the toughest things to do is get a good clean picture of gun metal and mirroring together so both are accurately depicted. In this case we did a pretty good job of getting the gun metal frame, but because it was low light, the mirroring doesn't show up as well as it would in a full daylight picture. But, you can be assured the mirroring on the gun metal M1030 is a full multiple layer silver oxide mirroring that looks absolutely hot.

Gun metal is similar to a chrome finish, but instead of a polished bright reflective chrome, gun metal is a polished, almost smoke tint reflective chrome finish. It looks like chrome, but darker. It's quite nice and just a bit more toned down than standard white chrome. Very classy, very good looking, and the hottest selling sunglass finish this season.
